Wake up early in the morning and do 5 types of excerise daily.
1 Running
2 crances
3 dand
4 pole excerise ( Milkha singh)
5 skipping

 Get up early in the morning and go for  regular jogging.

 After  waking up before brush take some hot water + one snop honey + and put some juice of lemon in it and mix it and drink it

                            (4 Method)
Every morning wake and first drink the black tea by pouring the juice of lemon in it but do not add sugar in it.

                              (5 Method)
Wake up and drink black coffee daily 2 times in a day but do not add milk and sugar in it and it will bring slow on your face also.
